1. Multivitamin
Celebrate's Multivitamin Soft Chew in Orange - 2 chews daily
Nutrition guide. Can be a bit harsh on your stomach, so I always take these right after I eat. They taste like orange Starbursts.
2. Calcium
Bariatric Advantage's Caramel Calcium Citrate Chew (500mg) - 3 chews daily
Sweet mother of gahd, these are delicious. A great way to get in your calcium while indulging in a tasty after-meal treat.
3. Iron
Bariatric Advantage's Sugar-Free Chocolate/Raspberry Iron Chew - 2 chews daily
There aren't that many tasty sugar-free iron options around (or at least when I was looking into it). Each chew is 30mg, so you need to take two of 'em. They can be a bit pricey, but not too bad for post-surgery when everything has to be chews or liquid.
4. B-12
Solgar Methylcobalamin Sublingual Vitamin B12 (1000 mcg) - 1 nugget daily
I get these from Vitacost. Vitacost has a number of great vitamins, unfortunately a lot of them have a bit of sugar or lactose pill casings. These B12 nuggets have neither and are suitable for vegetarians.
5. Fish Oil
Carlson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil Lemon - 1 teaspoon daily
My rheumatologist has had me on fish oil for a number of years because it helps with Lupus. After the surgery, I tried to take this oil, but it was difficult for me because I'm a whiny baby. Nonetheless, I'm passing the info of what I found to be the best option.
OR
Vitacost Mega EFA Mini Gel Omega-3 EPA & DHA Fish Oil (2100 mg) - 4 mini gels daily
After a couple of months, I was able to start taking pills again. Normally I take the bigger version of these, but the original ones are HUGE. I take one in the morning, two after lunch, and one at night.
6. Biotin
Solgar Biotin (5000 mcg) - 1 capsule daily

Samples
The major bariatric vitamin companies will offer samples. It's always nice to try them to see what you like. The only issue is that some peoples' tastes will change after surgery, so you never want to buy in bulk before the surgery.
